Call for Hotel Hygiene Products

Making a difference in a community is sometimes as easy as recognizing an opportunity exists. Over the past year and a half, I have collected the free hygiene products that the various hotels offer and donated them to the Denver Rescue Mission, a homeless shelter organization in the Denver metro area. These products provide a way for less fortunate Americans to have some necessities such as soap, shampoo, lotion etc in a time where these basic amenities are hard to come by.

 

Together we can make a real difference. Those who travel on a regular basis, or those who take the occasional yearly trip, have access to these free resources that for the most part, are wasted opportunities to make a difference. I am asking that you collect these products after your hotel stay, and send them to the Denver Rescue Mission (or a cause in your community) fulfilling a vital need in the community.  In a time where we have increasing oil and food prices, those who are less fortunate really need compassion and a way to stand up (not a hand out). This idea is simple and free and something that we can implement and make a difference.
